A Few Important Guidelines to Enhance Your Dining Experience
- Open to all: Everybody in need is welcome. No qualifications are required and no questions are asked.
- Sign-in process: Please sign your name at the entrance. Our site manager will then usher you to your assigned table. This helps our waiters serve you efficiently and allows us to keep accurate daily records.
- Sign in for each person: Each individual must sign in separately, including children. We need a signature for every meal served.
- Seating needs: High chairs and booster seats are available upon request.
- Table service: Please do not serve yourself. Once signed in, waiters will bring your meal in the order you registered.
- Dishes and food policy: Meals are served on dishes. No outside food, drinks, condiments, or spices are allowed. The Kosher Supervisor on site will address any violations seriously.
- Cleanup: Do not clear your own table. Waiters will do this to ensure proper cleaning and storage of dishes.
- Respect for others: Keep conversations respectful. Do not use headphones, talk on the phone, or spread out items like newspapers that take up extra space.
- Dining time limit: Please limit your stay to 25-30 minutes to allow others to be seated and served.
- Dress code: Please dress appropriately - no tank tops, sleeveless shirts, clothing with offensive print, short shorts, or short skirts.
- No second helpings or takeout: Meals must be eaten on the premises. No exceptions - this ensures we have enough food for everyone.
- Closing time: The last meals are served 20 minutes before closing. Please arrive earlier to be served.
- Conduct: Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in being banned.
